To help troubleshoot email delivery issues, follow these steps to whitelist the domain @myriad.mediasourceinc.com. Whitelisting ensures that emails from this domain are not marked as spam or blocked. Below are instructions for whitelisting across the most common email clients:

For Google (Gmail)

Gmail Web Interface:
  1. Log into your Gmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Scroll down to Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter @myriad.mediasourceinc.com.
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
  8. Click Create filter.

For Microsoft 365 / Outlook

Outlook Web Interface:
  1. Log into your Outlook account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter @myriad.mediasourceinc.com.
  5. Click Save.

  1. Open Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
  2. Click the Junk Mail tab.
  3. Under the Exceptions section, check the box labeled Sender of message is in my Contacts.
  4. Add @myriad.mediasourceinc.com to your Contacts.
